JOB DESCRIPTION
· Daily support and follow instructions from Customer Service
team leader/ supervisor/ manager to support warehouse operational inbound and
outbound activities.
· Coordinate with related parties to ensure that daily
operations are smooth & effective.
· Coordinate with warehouse & transportation teams to
prepare required documents for shipment.
· Follow up the shipment status
· Feedback to customer's concern in a timely manner and support
to solve customer's issue effectively
· Complete daily reports and send out on time.
· Immediately report ad-hoc issue directly to Customer Service supervisor/manager
to be consulted once needed.
· Support internal & external audits by preparing necessary
documents.
· Contribute ideas and solutions to lean working process.
· Support to train the assigned fields and record
· Cycle count participant.
REQUIREMENTS
· College degree or higher. Logistics major is prioritized.
. Good English skills
· Good communication and presentation skills
· MS office skills (excel and power point)
· Experienced with WMS/SAP is extremely prioritized
· Experienced with import/export process is prioritized.
· Equivalent to IELTS 5.0 or TOEIC 750
. About 1 year working in relevant position
. Work in shift
