JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY
An Accountant Intern will assist with data-entry task and managing financial documents. At this role, you will gain practical experience in accounting processes and financial management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Input bank charges, bank receipts, and quotations.
Prepare cash payment and cash receipt.
Monitor, follow up, and store related documents.
Check and sort all documents related to business trip clearance and reimbursement.
Other works related to accounting tasks as assigned.
Occasional duties (tasks that the position does on some occasions in a year, not regularly).
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS/ ABILITIES
Careful, detail-oriented, well-organized.
Enthusiastic, responsible, hard-working, quick action.
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
Good English communication (reading and writing).
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Be able to work on-site, full time for at least 6 months.
Fresh graduate/ final year student.
