About the role:
KPMG Governance Risk Assurance team helps companies to identify and manage risks inherent in business processes and technology systems that support business objectives, and provide them with the information needed to help managing risks in pursue of their strategic and financial goals.
We specialize in providing a comprehensive and cohesive client service solutions such as corporate governance, risk management and compliance, internal audit, continuous auditing and monitoring.
Risk Consulting professionals will assist clients to design, implement and monitor their assurance mechanisms including risk and internal controls management, outsourced and co-sourced internal audit services, establish and evaluate the effectiveness of the internal audit function, compliance reviews in relation to standards, contractual agreement, laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in providing variety of risk management consulting services for Banking Clients and Corporates (i.e. risk management including quantitative model development, governance, compliance, internal audit, etc.) with quality and timely deliverables
Assist in formulating solutions to client problems/issues as well as identifying value-added opportunities
Conduct well research on Client/Potential Client or Industry as required
Assist Partners and Directors in pro-actively managing client relationships, respond to all client queries in an effective and timely manner
Address any knowledge gaps through learning and adaptation as appropriate
Contribute to continuous improvement of in-house systems and procedures
Requirements:
Fresh graduates with major in Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Banking, Tax, Law, Foreign Trade, Quantitative background like Statistics; Financial Maths and other related fields;
Good analytical skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English
Self-motivated and team player
Enthusiastic, demonstrate "can do" attitude with an ability to learn quickly
