JOB DESCRIPTION
This
role involves interacting with diverse stakeholders in the region of East ASIA-
(ASEAN, Korea, Japan and Oceania)
Collaborate
and drive all Leadership initiatives promoted by C/BTC-AS and APS region
Collaborate
with Global and local Stakeholders on new initiatives related to learning
initiatives like e-learning
Coordinating
the operational excellence in APS region for F2F training.
Ensure
that all accounting process is followed with regards to allocation and recovery
on behalf of locations for trainer fees, and other required logistic expenses
related to training, including but is not limited to training venue, tea-break,
printing, transportation, stationeries, visa making fee, and other relevant
expenses, and charge back to locations etc.
Other
ad-hoc tasks/campaign related to L&D for region if required
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor
degree or master's degree in business, Commercial or Human Resources Management
1-2
years working experience in Learning & Development function of
multinational corporations
Experience
in designing skills is a plus
Experience
with Power BI is must
