The job overview
We're looking for an Account Manager for Edu team, to bring your talent to Noventiq Vietnam. As part of Noventiq Education, the Account Manager is expected to perform a full sales cycle of offering training courses to our key accounts. You will be working with the global and local teams, and report directly to the local Business Development Manager.
What you'll do:
Working closely with internal teams (presales, delivery, solution sales) to understand customer needs and offer training courses to existing accounts.
Consult new accounts on training courses via email, telephone or meetings and create detailed training proposals that best suit them.
Own and be responsible for an individual sales target.
Pro-active sales/cross sales & follow-up to convert potential leads into actual closed deals.
Establish, develop and maintain positive and professional customer interactions and relationships.
Provide admin support for training classes when required (travel arrangements, logistics, training materials, vendors contacted, ...).
Provide support in all sales and marketing events when required.
Other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Profile requirements:
Experience in B2B Sales with 1-2 years.
Excellent communications and presentation skills.
Willingness to learn and have sales mindset.
Fluent in English.
Bachelor degree.
