A. Role and Responsibilities
Distributor Operation Executive, reporting directly to Wholesales Management Manager, will be responsible for supporting & managing all activities between distributors & ABI.
Contract Management:
Follow up with Legal to build the contract principles.
Manage contract term & ensure all distributors contract apply right concept.
Master Data Management:
Maintenance all data on DMS: Distributor information, Sales Information, POC list, Product information, Sales Org Chart
Follow up with DMS Team to make sure DMS run smoothly.
Distributor operation:
Distributor Performance
Inventory management: Stock count, reconcile inventory.
Product issue management
Build the operation process.
Market Visit:
Distributor audit/ Engagement for service level improvement
Market Survey: collect information as policy, benefit,...
Reporting:
Distributor performance analysis
Sales in - Sales out - Inventory
B. Qualifications and Education Requirements
University/Bachelor's degree, preferably in in business administration
Experience working with distribution in the FMCG is an added advantage, minimum 1 years of work experience.
Strong data & analytical skills & track record of delivery
Good understanding of the underlying key sales metrics in FMCG
