JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist the team in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings, including expat recruitment projects.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorm sessions to develop recruitment strategies and understand the recruitment industry.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of AI-power tools or Data expertise would be a plus
Good command of English

Salary: 3 million VND per month
