DURATION: 6 months
REPORT TO: TPM & Trade Effectiveness Lead Vietnam
FUNCTION: CPA - Commercial
WORKING TIME: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday
WORKING LOCATION: HCM: Empress Tower, 138-142 Hai Ba Trung, Da Kao Ward, D.1.
JOB SUMMARY:
Assist CPA team to explore, launch, deploy & follow up with Retailer App - the 1st time Retailer Loyalty Program in Mondelez.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Program Exploration and Design Support:
Assist in identifying and documenting features and functionalities needed in the Retailer App to optimize program effectiveness.
Support in preparing presentations and proposals for internal stakeholders.
Support in exploring available options & vendors that provide solutions for loyalty programs with voucher redemptions.
Support in following up with required documents to partner with the selected vendor.
App Launch Support:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and launch of the Retailer App.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) of the app to ensure functionality, usability, and performance meet standards.
Assist in creating training materials, FAQs, and guides for internal teams and retailers.
Program Deployment and Communication:
Support the rollout of the Retailer Loyalty Program on time.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure retailers understand and adopt the program effectively.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Monitor app usage data, including retailer sign-ups, and reward redemption trends.
Compile and analyze feedback from retailers and sales teams to identify improvement opportunities.
Generate reports on program performance metrics to share with the CPA team.
Follow-up and Continuous Improvement:
Maintain a feedback loop with the sales team to address concerns and identify pain points.
Collaborate with the CPA team to implement updates and enhancements to the Retailer App.
Ensure rewards inventory and logistics are managed effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Technology Management.
Prior internship or project experience in channel activation, marketing, technology management is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with mobile apps, digital tools, or CRM/ loyalty program is a bonus.
Basic understanding of project management principles.
