JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Monitor day by day sales performance:
Perform inventory & sales channel management
Perform pricing and develop promotional campaign to generate sales.
Coordinate with SEM team to implement marketing campaign, optimize impression, and regulate marketing budget
Track and analysis the market information & competitor dynamics to provide the necessary tactics
Conduct, execute the business plan to achieve the sales target and prepare sales forecast for each product in all sales channel
Coordinate and work with other departments (Supply Chain, R&D,...) for smooth running of sales operation
2. Conduct market research, innitiate & propose new product ideas, identify new market to enter and occupy market share and respondsible for developing & excuting launching plan.
3. Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter.
4. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
University bachelor's degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
6 months' experience in a similar role in E-commerce
Preferably working experience in e-commerce
knowledge about the American market or SEO/ keywords.
English is must (at least 550 TOEIC).
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency.
Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.
