About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the end-to-end recruitment process and assist the TA team in delivering a seamless talent experience. The role is designed for students or fresh graduates who want to build strong fundamentals in Talent Acquisition within a global, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing potential candidates across online platforms, communities, and talent pools.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and prepare shortlists for hiring managers.
Update and maintain candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with candidates and hiring managers to secure suitable timeslots.
Support drafting and updating job descriptions, as well as posting openings on job boards and social media channels.
Participate in recruitment projects, including employer branding, referral programs, job fairs, and campus events.
Assist with pre-onboarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements and recruitment priorities.
Qualifications
Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible in handling sensitive information.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude and strong willingness to grow in Talent Acquisition.
