JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and design-oriented B2B sales assistant to expand the market for OEM/ODM services, Neyuh Home & Travel, and Neyuh Gifts. This role focuses on developing partnerships with:
Local and international brands
Businesses, corporate clients, and financial institutions
Hospitality groups, luxury resorts, and hotels
Interior design firms and studios
Retail distributors and partners
Our clients value authenticity, design, and sustainability and seek custom product development, timeless handcrafted products, and bespoke gifting solutions. You will receive professional B2B sales training across Gallery de Neyuh's services and brands.
Key Responsibilities
Handle, follow up and build relationships with prospective leads and active clients to ensure smooth communication, negotiation and coordination.
Assist the Founder in building the B2B sales management system and daily workflows
Work directly with Founder to research and develop new prospects
Present OEM/ODEM, Neyuh Home & Travel and Neyuh Gifts collections and tailored brand's product proposals to potential B2B clients.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure product customization, corporate branding requirements, and timely delivery for bulk orders.
Use AI tools to support B2B client research, sales proposals, and follow-ups.
Provide market feedback and insights to inform future product lines and B2B business development.
REQUIREMENTS
Clear ambition to grow into the B2B Sales Leader role at Gallery de Neyuh
An international mindset, with openness to working across cultures and exploring global business opportunities.
Strong English skills, both written and spoken, for client communication, research, and presentations.
1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate partnerships, ideally in leather products, corporate gifting, home décor, lifestyle, or hospitality-related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Passion for design, craftsmanship, and refined living.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the content team in content creation, performance optimization, and preparing internal and external documents, reporting to the Content Manager.
Assist with photography and video production under the Visual Manager.
Support logistics and on-set work during shooting days.
Support marketing activities and sales-driven campaigns across platforms.
Track and report content performance.
Help organize and maintain the internal document library.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Excellent English writing and speaking skills, with confidence in daily communication.
Hard-working, resilient, solution-oriented, a fast learner, and meticulous.
Passionate about lifestyle branding, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
Familiar with social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Proficient with office software (Word, Excel) and comfortable with tools such as CapCut, Canva, and AI tools.
Good organizational, time management, and task-prioritization skills.
Basic photography and videography skills are an advantage.
