JOB DESCRIPTION
Handle, follow up and build relationships with prospective leads and active clients to ensure smooth communication, negotiation and coordination.
Assist the Founder in building the B2B sales management system and daily workflows
Work directly alongside the Founder to research and develop new prospects
Present Neyuh Home & Travel and Neyuh Gifts collections and tailored corporate gifting proposals to potential B2B clients.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure product customization, corporate branding requirements, and timely delivery for bulk orders.
Provide market feedback and insights to inform future product lines and B2B business development.
REQUIREMENTS
Clear ambition to grow into the B2B Sales Leader role at Gallery de Neyuh
1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate partnerships, ideally in corporate gifting, home décor, lifestyle, or hospitality-related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Fluent in English; Vietnamese proficiency is a plus.
Passion for design, craftsmanship, and refined living.
BENEFITS
Base salary: from VND 10,000,000/month
Incentive: 2% - 5% on overall project turnover (before tax)
Social insurance and 12 annual leave days
Hybrid work model: remote & office-based
Probation period: 2 months
