Develop and implement sales action plans/initiatives to achieve set sales target.
Conduct market research and identify potential new customers, industries, and market segments.
Prospect, qualify, and build a pipeline of new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective customer organizations.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings and convert leads into customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Provide regular sales forecasts, make business plans, business performance reports to the senior management team.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

Yêu cầu
Minimum educational requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Printing, Packaging, or other relevant fields.
At least 3 year's B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, printing or paper box industries for FMCG/Retail/Electronics.
Experience working with large or international customers is an advantage.
Good command of English (both spoken and written).
Good command of English. Chinese is an advance.
Able to manage, motivate, train, and develop self.
Good active listening, negotiation, presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
Strong organizational and sales management skills.
Energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
