JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide administrative support to the Merchandising team: prepare documents, data entry, maintain and update systems
Support calendar management, meeting scheduling and prepare materials when required
Assist in consolidating data and preparing basic reports (products, sales, promotions, etc.)
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
REQUIREMENTS
3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates in relevant majors (Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, etc.)
Detail-oriented, careful and responsible
Basic Excel skills
Able to communicate in English

JOB DESCRIPTION
Hỗ trợ theo dõi, sắp xếp các tài liệu hàng hóa, hàng mẫu và kiểm tra mẫu tồn kho.
Kiểm tra số liệu bán hàng và hàng tồn.
Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan như Operation, Marketing, E-commerce về thông tin sản phẩm.
Thực hiện các công việc khác được giao.
REQUIREMENTS
Sinh viên năm 3 hoặc năm cuối các chuyên ngành liên quan.
Chủ động, trách nhiệm và sẵn sàng học hỏi.
Giao tiếp tốt, có kỹ năng tin học văn phòng (Excel và quản lý dữ liệu).
Có thể thực tập Full-time tối thiểu 3 tháng.
