UEH Institute of Innovation (UII) is a sci-tech organization that plays as a university's organization for innovation and entrepreneurship at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh city.
UII was officially launched on April 17th 2019, under cooperation between UEH and Singapore Management University, supported by VinaCapital Ventures and Department of Researching and Developing Private Enterprise.
Startup Growth Associate - UII Startup Incubator
As a Startup Growth Associate, you will lead the collaboration with startups (incubatee) to identify real pain points and growth opportunities. Using these insights, you will put on your thinking cap to help advise and sharpen the incubatee's products or services, refine business models, or re-design current processes to grow startups in your portfolio.
You will also look into innovative and digital transformative ways to help startups & the incubator ecosystem grow sustainably and coordinate in strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to build and deepen UII's competitive advantage in Vietnam and beyond.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Propel the success of UII Incubation Program and UII Sandbox Program through cross functional team coordination.
Champion the success of Startup Growth pillar, for both Incubation Program and Sandbox Program, by working closely with incubatee/startup founders to prioritize their challenges, needs and opportunities for growth.
Drive the success of the Essential Training Program, Training Workshops, Talk show and other activities in the pillar of Expert Sessions.
Drive the recruitment process for the UII Incubation Program and UII Sandbox Program.
Facilitate and champion the success of Office Hours for UII startups, by working closely with mentors and experts to identify incubatee/startup's challenges and needs; conducting mentoring sessions; frequently updating the status of incubates/startups
Spearhead innovation and advancement within the UII Incubation Program.
Support to drive strategic initiatives in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders to continuously grow the Incubator, build and maintain our competitive advantage
Support other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Holding a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field
Having at least 2 years of experience in consulting, project management, or business analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and stakeholders
Knowledge of various business models, strategies, and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and presentation software
Having a strong willingness to learn and a can-do attitude with a growth mindset.
Good communication & English skills.
Careful and detailed attention.
Curiosity and motivation to take initiative and make things better.
