Senior NodeJS Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Node.js Engineer with 3-4 years of solid experience in developing robust and scalable applications. As a pivotal member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in architecting and delivering cutting-edge software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Development and Implementation: Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performance Node.js applications to meet business requirements.
Code Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Database Management: Work on database schema design, optimization, and performance tuning for efficient data storage and retrieval.
API Integration and Development: Integrate third-party APIs and develop internal APIs to enable seamless data exchange and application functionality.
Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with coding standards. Collaborate closely with the QA team to resolve bugs and issues.
Mentorship and Collaboration: Provide technical mentorship and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and best practices.
Documentation and Best Practices: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and coding best practices.
Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely updates on progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Vela senior NodeJS engineer 2
3-4 years of professional experience in Node.js development, with a strong understanding of JavaScript and its ecosystem.
Experience with popular Node.js frameworks like NextJS, Express.js, or Fastify.
Proficiency in working with databases such as MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience in integrating and consuming them.
Version control using Git and familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive approach to staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging

Preferred Skills:

Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS,) and container is plus.

Salary: 1.000$ - 1.500$ + Allowance (Deal with potential candidates)
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday, Saturdays off every other week.
