[HCMC_DIST.1] MD ASSISTANT (Experience in Graphic Design)

1. Assistant phase:
Plan and maintain MD's calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organise, and set agendas/action points for all his meetings; Participating in assigned meetings and projects, from supporting MD in collecting, analyze, and tracking information team daily activities.
Make attractive presentation slides (proposal/ portfolio >> Need to use graphic design softwares/Tools), research, and analyze data, or/and necessary information according to the request of MD;
Manage emails, information, and other communications; answer where possible - highlight and prioritise those that need MD attention;
Working closely with MD, and individuals to get feedback on problems during teams operation, doing necessary research (Research production, competitors, market, ...) to come up with methods of support and problem solving;
Analyze and make monthly expense reports for MD;
2. Merchandising phase:
Provide good relationship management with the clients/buyers, well-prepared client trip by cooperation with admin/ support team;
Understand the needs of internal team, then source and propose the right suppliers/factory; Maintain and develop existing vendor/factory network;
Working with suppliers/factory to develop new products based on the market's trends/buyer's needs;
Follow the development product phase with internal team until PO's kick-off;
In collaboration with supply chain/logistics teams to follow-up the supplier's performance to ensure delivery on-time & good quality;
Support supply chain & sales team for any issue during the product life cycle before and after sales;
Other tasks assigned by MD.
