HCMC | Senior Salesforce Developer (Good English)

The candidates will be tasked with the development and maintenance of software applications using Salesforce technologies, including:

• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale Salesforce platforms/applications, integrating multiple systems, and leveraging various marketing, sales, and service clouds.


• Skilled in defining large enterprise software systems and mapping use cases to the appropriate solution architecture.


• Engaging with customers and onsite teams to gather and clarify requirements via email, phone, or video conference.


• Involvement in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system modifications and enhancements.


• Providing team members with coding standards guidelines, reviewing their code, and defining the deployment process.


• Suggesting solutions to enhance project quality and performance, ensuring that deliverables meet customer expectations.


• Creating technical and user guide documentation.


• Ability to conceptualize, design, and execute proof-of-concept projects, demonstrating successful integrations between Salesforce and AI/BI applications.


• Leading a team during implementation, deployment, and operational phases.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (required). Excellent collaboration and interpersonal abilities.


• 2-8 years of relevant experience in consulting and implementing complex Salesforce projects. Experience with integrations from Salesforce to AI/BI applications is a plus.


• Proficient in Apex, Aura/Lightning Web Components, Automation Tools (e.g., Flow, Approval Process)


• Experience Cloud, Einstein AI, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and applying AI within Salesforce configuration and development.


• Advanced expertise in Salesforce configuration, including permissions, data access controls, reports, dashboards, and other key settings.


• Skilled in APIs and system integrations.


• Experience working within an Agile development environment.


• Background in software development and familiar with tools/frameworks such as Java, Azure, Python, etc., beyond the Salesforce ecosystem.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work well in teams and inspire enthusiasm among team members.


• Experience with insurance projects is beneficial.


• Familiar with branching, merging, and the development and deployment process (CI/CD).


• Holding Salesforce certifications is an advantage.


• Leadership skills are an added bonus.
