The
Marketing Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing. They are the executor of marketing strategies for Wink; primarily to drive occupancy & revenue; to build guest experiences that fulfil our brand ambition; and to create local activation plans that are inspired by our central marketing objectives & playbooks.
The Marketing Manager will spearhead a focused re-launch of Wink Properties marketing initiatives; championing awareness-driving communications & online/offline activities; contributing local insights, regional insider knowledge and proven strategies to propel the central marketing plan to a fully successful marketing outcome. They will advise regional and local media spend, lead local activation operational plans & execute them on-time/on-budget.
• Proven performance record of at least 5 years working in marketing, with 3 years at Manager level or equivalent in a dynamic hospitality brand; key city experience and pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality management, business management, event management, marketing, or equivalent.
