* Operation & Quality control
- Train and onboard new baristas in menu and coffee knowledge, technical skills, and opening/closing tasks.
- Monitor beverage and bar quality and consistency through routine store visits and tastings. Submit reports to the Beverage Manager.
- Supervise day-to-day bar operations including setup, drink making, and closing procedures.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared to recipe standards with consistent quality and presentation.
- Manage cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of all bar equipment and workspace.
* Menu Support & Innovation
- Work with the Beverage Manager to create new drinks following our R&D schedule and plan.
- Support Beverage Manager with building the training materials to launch new drinks.
- Participate in cross-location training.
* New Store Opening
- Participate in set up and staff training for new store openings.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 4 years of barista experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role. Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso extraction, latte art.
- Passion for drinks, with a commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
- Able to lead and train a team in a fast-paced environment
- Vietnamese speaking with good English skills. Our team is multicultural.
