Position Overview
The Cocoa Project is seeking a creative and experienced Head Bartender to lead the bar at our flagship Cocoa Mê Linh Cafe (TCP RoofTop Store). This is a unique opportunity to blend high-end mixology with the innovative use of fine Vietnamese cocoa and chocolate.
Key Responsibilities:Creative & Operational Leader
As the Head Bartender, you will be the creative force behind our beverage program, responsible for:
- Mixology Innovation: Leading the development of a unique beverage menu (coffee, cocoa drinks, cocktails, mocktails) in collaboration with our Head of R&D, with a special focus on cocoa integration.
- Team Leadership: Training, mentoring, and leading the bar team to ensure consistent excellence in technique and service standards.
- Operational Management: Managing beverage inventory, controlling costs, minimizing waste, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
- Guest Engagement: Sharing knowledge about cocoa and our unique offerings with guests to enhance their experience.

Yêu cầu
We are looking for a professional with:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Head Bartender or in a senior bartending role in a reputable establishment.
- Expertise: Deep passion for mixology, strong knowledge of coffee, spirits, and advanced cocktail-making techniques.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a high-performing bar team.
- Creativity: A flair for developing innovative and exciting new drink recipes.
- Advantage: Experience working with cocoa or chocolate in beverage creation is a significant plus
