I. Data Governance Strategy & Framework:
Develop, implement, and continuously enhance a comprehensive data governance framework, encompassing policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines for data management, quality, security, and privacy.
Align the data governance strategy with business objectives, ensuring data is treated as a valuable asset and effectively utilized for decision-making and innovation.
Stay informed about industry best practices, evolving regulatory requirements (e.g., PDP), and emerging trends in data governance.
II. Policy & Standards Development & Enforcement:
Define and document data policies, standards, and procedures related to data quality, metadata management, data access control, data retention, data security, and data privacy.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure policies are understood, implemented, and adhered to effectively.
Develop and execute a communication plan to promote data governance awareness and cultivate a data-driven culture within the organization.
III. Technology & Methodology Research & Implementation:
Research, evaluate, and recommend data governance methodologies (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, COBIT, ISO), tools, and technologies (e.g., Collibra, [protected info], Alation Data Catalog) to support the implementation and enforcement of data governance policies.
Analyze organizational needs, assess the features, effectiveness, and costs of various technological solutions, and propose suitable options.
Participate in building, customizing, and implementing data governance technology solutions to align with organizational needs and IT infrastructure.
IV. Consultation, Training & Support:
Provide expert guidance and advice to the Board of Directors, departments, and stakeholders on matters related to data governance policies, regulations, methodologies, and technologies.
Offer support to other teams within the Data Governance department on topics related to the team's functions and responsibilities.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance data governance awareness and understanding for employees at all levels.
V. Metadata Management:
Collaborate with the Metadata Management team to ensure alignment between metadata management practices and the overall data governance framework.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization's data dictionary, business glossary, data flow diagrams, and data lineage documentation.
VI. Data Quality Management:
Work closely with the Data Quality Management team to define and implement data quality standards, validation rules, and monitoring processes.
Provide guidance on data quality issues, root cause analysis, and remediation strategies.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or Business Administration.
3+ years of proven experience in data governance, data management, or a related field, with a strong track record of successful implementation of data governance programs.
Deep understanding of data governance frameworks, methodologies, best practices, and relevant data privacy and security regulations (e.g., PDP).
Experience with data governance tools and technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
