Mô tả công việc

Lead and oversee all accounting operations to ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, local regulations, and group governance requirements.
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of financial statements and management reports.
Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, expense accounting, and other accounting functions.
Maintain and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Withholding Tax, and Transfer Pricing requirements.
Review and reconcile accounting records, balance sheet accounts, and statutory reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders; coordinate annual audits and regulatory inspections.
Prepare statutory reports, regulatory filings, and presentations required by Management, shareholders, and Group Headquarters.
Oversee accounting systems and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting quality.
Build, develop, and lead the Accounting team through effective performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by CFO.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics, or related disciplines. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within Banking, Consumer Finance, Financial Services, or multinational organizations.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and internal control practices.
Experience working with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written); advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and accounting systems; strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
