Mô tả công việc
- Lead and oversee all accounting operations to ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, local regulations, and group governance requirements.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, expense accounting, and other accounting functions.
- Maintain and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Withholding Tax, and Transfer Pricing requirements.
- Review and reconcile accounting records, balance sheet accounts, and statutory reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders; coordinate annual audits and regulatory inspections.
- Prepare statutory reports, regulatory filings, and presentations required by Management, shareholders, and Group Headquarters.
- Oversee accounting systems and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting quality.
- Build, develop, and lead the Accounting team through effective performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by CFO.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics, or related disciplines. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within Banking, Consumer Finance, Financial Services, or multinational organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and internal control practices.
- Experience working with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written); advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and accounting systems; strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
