The Head of Admissions & Marketing leads the school's strategies for student recruitment, enrollment, and retention to achieve institutional growth targets. This role oversees admissions operations, marketing initiatives, and team performance to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with the school's strategic goals. The position works closely with the school leadership team to drive enrollment success, maintain brand integrity, and support the school's long-term sustainability.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the full admissions and enrollment lifecycle to achieve annual growth targets.
- Drive strategic planning for student recruitment, retention, and overall market positioning.
- Provide leadership in developing goals and implementing strategic plans as assigned by the Managing Director.
- Ensure financial stability and sound budget management aligned with school priorities.
2. Admissions Operations
- Direct and manage admissions programs for recruitment, enrollment, and retention.
- Develop annual goals, action plans, and reporting systems for attracting and retaining students.
- Implement long-term enrollment and retention strategies to fill each cohort with qualified students.
- Oversee local and international admissions processes and ensure school leadership involvement.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM system for effective pipeline management.
- Review admissions standards, policies, and final admit/deny decisions with the Head of School.
- Provide accurate and timely enrollment forecasting for Board budgeting.
3. Team & Office Management
- Oversee daily operations of the Admissions & Marketing Office, including budgets, databases, and communications.
- Manage, guide, and evaluate Admissions and Marketing staff.
- Monitor team performance to ensure alignment with enrollment KPIs.
4. Community & Stakeholder Engagement
- Strengthen relationships with partner schools, community organizations, and professional consultants.
- Collaborate closely with Parent Ambassadors and the Parent Association.
- Work in close partnership with Heads of non-academic departments.
- Plan and execute admissions events and receptions for prospective families.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant admissions developments.
5. Other Duties
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Head of School.
Yêu cầu
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Specialized requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in managing admissions teams and achieving enrollment targets.
- Experience working in an international or bilingual school environment is highly desirable.
- Strong background in strategic planning, budget management, and KPI performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders (students, parents, partner schools, and community organizations).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team effectively.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Advanced fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events for student recruitment and community engagement.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
