YOUR ROLE
• Head of
Business Development Manager for SEA region for Consumer Goods Adhesives strategic business unit (SBU)
• Identifies future market trends, developments and product / service expectations and translates them into business growth opportunities
• Leads the mid- and long-term business expansion planning process on regional/global level
• Develops entry strategies for new markets and segments based on in-depth knowledge of customers, trade, and consumer behaviors.
• Analyzes and develops various future scenarios to create new business opportunities
• Designs and steers strategic roadmaps for customers, driving profitable global growth.
• Coordinates and manages strategy projects, acts as Project Lead for business unit-wide projects
• Identifies and manages acquisition and divestment opportunities, and builds a pipeline for potential acquisitions.
• Coordinates M&A processes within BU (especially targets identification, evaluation, GO Process, Due Diligence), leads acquisitions' integration
• Ensures stakeholder management across BU, collaborates closely with Marketing / Sales / Key
Account Manager and Business Development on global activities
• Ensures cross-functional coordination of processes and departments, initiates and leads Innovation projects
• Builds and nurtures senior-level relationships with key customers and markets, attending relevant events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
• Develops and implements business analysis instruments, provides market and competitive intelligence, leads Peer Group Analysis
• Leads and develops a team of Business Development Managers
