Mô tả công việc

* Purpose
Responsible for ensuring the branch's effective management of debt collection related to Consumer Banking businesses
* Main Task:
• Manage the end-to-end debt collection process to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise and motivate the collectors to ensure that the collectors strive to fulfill their personal KPIs and departmental KPIs.
• Utilize data analysis to evaluate the performance of collection strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to formulate a debt recovery policy for new products.
• Work closely with other departments, including credit, legal, and risk management, to align strategies.

• Build and develop Collection team
• Ensure collection practices compliance and correctness
• Handle complaint cases efficient and effective.

Yêu cầu

*** Professional requirement:
• Expert knowledge on Consumer collection areas, Consumer banking products, services and systems
• Strong understanding of debt collection regulations and consumer protection laws.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within debt collection operations.
• Problem-solving, positive and constructive attitude is a must
• Self-motivated and detailed oriented team player who is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge in technology or data analytics skills, familiar with statistical analysis tools
*** Most challenging and difficult parts
*** Education
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance/ Banking/ Economics/ Business
*** Work experience
• 7+ years of relevant hands-on banking or fintech experience, handling credit risk related portfolios; +5 years experiences of Vietnam market.
***Language skill
• Proficient in Vietnamese and either English or Chinese is a must.
***Certificate
• Consumer Banking Risk Management related certificate is a plus
