The founder sets strategy and requirements; you own how it gets built.
**You don't write code by hand anymore.
** You direct AI coding agents (Claude Code): spec → prompt → review → verify → ship. If you miss typing code yourself, this role isn't for you.
You are the technical owner of our product portfolio. As we scale, you build the engineering team under you.
• Own architecture across the portfolio: system design, data model, service boundaries - documented as ADRs
• Translate product requirements into precise, testable specs
• Direct AI agents through full implementation cycles - you gate the output, you never touch the editor
• Review every line of AI-generated code critically; you are the quality gate before production
• Maintain and prioritize the technical backlog against the product roadmap
• Guard security and data integrity (auth, role gates, audit trails) in a cash-heavy domain
• Communicate decisions and trade-offs to a non-technical CEO - in writing, in plain English
Yêu cầu
**Must have:**
• You have built and owned real systems before (backend; Python/PostgreSQL preferred) - deep enough to spot what AI gets wrong
• You work fully agent-driven TODAY - agents build, you direct and review. You can demo this live.
• Spec-first thinking: you turn vague requirements into precise specs and flag conflicts early
• Strong written English - in our workflow, writing is working
• You make hard technical calls without someone above you
**Nice to have:** B2B SaaS / multi-tenancy · product judgment · Vietnamese · security fundamentals (authz, audit)
**Not a fit:** you secretly prefer writing code yourself · you merge AI output without reading it · you need someone above you for hard calls
