Head of Finance cum Chief Accountant

Head of Finance cum Chief Accountant distributes the financial resources of a company, is responsible for building up, implementing, and managing all aspects related to Finance and Accounting for the company (Manages 03 teams: Treasury, Planning, and Accounting), subsequently provides expert advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
• Initiate and oversee the management financial reports: revenue/expense, cash flow statements, reports to lenders, budget management, budget allocation to BUs.
• Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Develop and monitor company operating budget annually or by other frequency based on the need.
• Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets.
• Manage and analyze costing based on budget, and cost-saving plan.
• Coordinate reports of actuals and forecasting for the company.
• Build and ensure financial policies, where Accounting Standards, and Costing Standards are adhered to.
• Coordinate to prepare quarterly/annual business plan in terms of the financial aspect.
• Build financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, projections, risk analysis.
• Ensure full transparency of costs and financial impacts to the organization for strategic decisions relating to the company.
• Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
• Manage and operate related departments.
• Support and be assigned with other tasks by CFO/ CEO.
