Head of Finance, Vietnam

• Key business partner to the Country Head, providing strategic advice and recommendations to the business.
• Monitor and work hand in hand with Country Head to help the country achieve financials goals as well as cost management.
• Providing guidance to the other department heads and insight to the business as applicable, which may include participating in the structuring of transactions and other special projects.
• Have oversight with JBS and local controllership teams to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of all financial accounts monthly.
• Ensure adherence to Group finance and U.S. GAAP accounting policies (e.g. revenue and expense recognition, compensation arrangements, leases, FX translation)
• Oversee control environment and ensure robust controls and procedures are designed and effectively operating, as evidenced by periodic certifications, in support of JLL's obligations to comply with SOX regulations
• Perform periodic and ad-hoc value-added analyses of results against budgets/forecasts and prior period performance
• Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities to company operations and financial results with high focus on the balance sheet
• Perform decision-supporting ROI/NPV analyses of major company initiatives and discretional project spend
• Effectively drive robust working capital management
• Prepare budgets and rolling forecasts covering all activities of the company with the Country Head and Department Heads.
• Oversees to ensure proper compliance with tax regulations and all taxes.
• Liaise with external auditor, tax auditor, and financial institutions.
