Head of Finance

The Head of Finance plays a pivotal role in leading the financial strategy and operations within a dynamic casino environment. This position encompasses the oversight of cage operations, financial planning, management of budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance, particularly within the casino industry. The ideal candidate will bring a robust financial background, combined with extensive experience in casino or gaming finance operations, and the leadership acumen to oversee a comprehensive financial strategy.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Direct and oversee the Company's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage cage operations, ensuring efficient and secure transactions for gaming activities.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to meet the Company's objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
Lead financial analysis and planning to support the Company's strategic initiatives.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining high standards of financial integrity and transparency.
Oversee internal controls and compliance with financial regulations, conducting regular audits and reviews.
Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to integrate financial management with overall operational strategies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and other relevant financial regulations.
Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
Implement and oversee financial risk management strategies.
Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to aid in strategic decision-making.
Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management and investment strategies.
Lead initiatives to optimize cost structures and improve financial performance.
