Head of Financel Lines (Trưởng Phòng Nghiệp Vụ Bảo Hiểm Tài Chính)

As a Leader, you are respected for your deep technical expertise and/or ability to oversee programs and processes. You balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, and judgment, along with a risk mindset. Ultimately, you take ownership for key outcomes. This role will report to the General Director.
** Key functions: To manage all aspects of the Financial Lines (Financial Insurance Products) Department including:
• Growth and profitability of portfolio within set budget objectives.
• Strategic planning - Identifying growth opportunities, new business segments, new product opportunities to support growth objectives.
• Increase AIG market share through new business development, new distributions.
• Expand relationships with key producers, clients and industry groups.
• Train and develop your underwriting team to provide strong business outcomes and appropriate career path for high achievers.
• Ad-hoc special projects or requirements that may arise from time to time.
** Key accountabilities:
1. Financial Objectives:
• Grow profitability aligning with strategies, financial budget objectives, and manage portfolio to protect the balance sheet. Plan strategies for the department within matrix environment.
• Manage expenses within targeted outcomes.
• Develop and implement business plans aligning with corporate standards and guidelines.
2. Customer relationship engagement:
• Expand customer relationships, articulate strategy and value to clients, partners, and distributions. Respect voice of clients and partners, and change for customer needs.

• Ensure operation working smoothly and reduce bottleneck to maximize efficiency, mitigate compliance and regulatory risk i.e.
• Manage and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines, disciplines and standards.
