Head of Hospitality Business Development

I. Develop the plans and strategies, supervise the implementation and take responsibility for the following tasks:
1. Hotel project development:
- Responsible for setting up new hotels and repairing and upgrading existing hotels.
- Responsible for planning and implementing pre-opening work for domestic hotels.
- Focal point for consulting and coordinating hotel operations in the pre-opening phase for international hotels.
- Develop plans to promote business and improve service quality of hotels
- Search, develop and introduce partners to hotels in BRG ecosystem
2. Consulting and coordinating with relevant parties to control operating costs and optimize business efficiency within the assigned budget.
3. Develop and implement Sales & Marketing programs in: Event and MICE Business, Travel and Tourism Business, Corporate Customer Business, E-Commerce Business.
2. Representative as assigned/directed by the Senior Management and/or competent authority to work and negotiate with partners in the hotel segment.
3. Lead and develop the team, train, evaluate the capacity and work efficiency of employees assigned to manage, propose appointment dismissal/recruitment.
4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Senior Management.
