We are looking for a seasoned HR &
Admin leader with strong background in banking industry. This candidate should perfectly balance strategic planning with "hands-on" execution.
Yêu cầu
Requirement:
• Banking expertise: deep understanding of the strict regulations and compliance standards in the financial sector
• Language: fluent in mandarin to act as a key link between local operations and Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Proven track record: solid experience in managing HR & Admin for organizations of up to 200 staffs
• Local knowledge: expert in Vietnam labor law with the ability to build HR policies and organizational structures from the ground up
