Yêu cầu
Job requirements:
Graduated from university or higher in human resource management, business administration, or related fields.
Have at least 5 years of experience in human resources and administration, of which at least 3 years are in management or head of department positions.
Have solid knowledge of legal regulations related to human resources and administration, such as labor law, social insurance, tax, contract, environmental protection, occupational safety, etc.
Know about building a 3P salary system, including basic salary, performance salary, and bonus.
Know about Training Matrix, a human resource management tool that helps identify training needs, classify employees by competency and motivation, and select appropriate training methods.
Have good skills in management, organization, leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, teamwork, and working under pressure.
Have proficient skills in using an office computer, internet, and human resource management software.
Have a good command of English and Vietnamese (Chinese is a plus)
Have a sense of responsibility, professionalism, enthusiasm, progress, and harmony.
Can be self-sufficient in transportation.

Build and maintain good relationships with other departments in the company, relevant authorities, partners, and customers related to human resources and administrative issues.
Supervise, inspect, and evaluate the effectiveness of human resources and administrative activities, and propose and implement continuous improvement solutions.
Report, statistics and analyze human resources and administrative indicators, provide necessary information and data for the board of directors and related departments.
Perform other tasks as required by the board of directors.
