Seeking a strategic and visionary Head of HR to lead our human resources function. This role is critical in driving our HR strategy and aligning it with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management within the retail or F&B sector and a proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and practices that enhance organisational performance.
Description

Strategic HR Leadership:
* Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
* Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business strategy.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Talent Management:
* Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
* Implement effective onboarding and training programs to ensure employee development and engagement.
* Manage succession planning and career development initiatives.
*
Employee Relations:
* Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and grievances in a timely manner.
* Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Implement employee recognition and rewards programs to enhance morale and motivation.
*
Performance Management:
* Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
* Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies to address performance issues and drive continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits:
* Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
* Manage salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration.
*
HR Operations:
* Ensure efficient HR operations, including HRIS management, record-keeping, and reporting.
* Stay current with HR trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance HR processes.
*
Change Management:
* Drive organizational change initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs and market conditions.
* Support employees through transitions and transformations to ensure smooth adaptation and minimal disruption.

Leadership Development:
* Develop and implement leadership training programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
* Work closely with senior management to identify and address leadership gaps and opportunities.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
* 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR management role
* Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
* Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
