Our client is looking for a Head of HR to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. As their Head of HR, you will play a crucial role in driving our people strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. You will work closely with their leadership team to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Strategic HR Management:
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolutions.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, recognition, and satisfaction surveys.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Performance Management and Development:
Develop and manage effective performance management programs.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.
Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
People Operations and Administration:
Implement and enhance people operations processes, including compliance with labor laws.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Handle HR-related transactions, including benefits administration, leave management, and inquiries.
Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Recruitment and Talent Management:
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Reporting and Decision Support:
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Strategic HR Management:
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in HR functions including Ops and HRBP
Experience in Mar-tech or affiliate marketing is a plus.
Depth knowledge of Compensation and Benefits, Vietnam labor code & social insurance law related.
Experience in establishing/ optimizing HR-relevant policies and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Good English communication.
Agile mindset, can-do attitude, the capability of Multitasking.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
At least 8 years of experience in HR functions including Ops and HRBP
