Head of Marketing

SCOPE OF WORK:
- Assist in managing the marketing strategies of Mamabox's distribution products & services, which revolves around FMCG, Personal Care, Lifestyle, and pharmaceuticals sector.
- Assist in developing marketing materials for campaigns that are consistent with the brand identity on the following, not limited to:
• Product images and collaterals
• Social media collateral
• Brochures and banners
• Sticker and packaging label
• Corporate and/or marketing videos
• Presentation for events, seminars etc.
• Media conferences and press releases.
• Work closely with the internal departments such as Sales, E-Commerce, Operation and Business Development team.
• Create engaging written & pictorial content target audiences that are consistent with brand identity.
• Create and review meaningful contents on social media platforms and websites to improve customer engagement, maintaining public awareness and promoting social media campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse market trends including studying competitors' products and services.
• Feedback to management on competitor activities and market intelligence.
• Assist in both online and offline events such as webinar and exhibitions and knowledge sharing both locally and internationally.
• Create, review and update marketing collaterals such as brochures and product images when necessary.
• Assist in preparing of monthly report of marketing efforts to reflect progression.
• Any other assignments as directed by the Company.
