We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic PMO Head to lead and manage a team of
Project Managers within the Project Management Office (PMO). This leadership role will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of critical projects, especially in the Banking/Finance domains, ensuring they align with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. The PMO Head will drive best practices, provide governance, and support the efficient delivery of key projects across the business. This role directly reports to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor the project management team, ensuring high performance and
continuous improvement.
• Define roles and set goals, objectives, and KPIs for the team.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to enhance project management capabilities.
• Oversee the execution of project strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and implement project management processes, methodologies, and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in PMO processes for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align project priorities and resources.
• Manage resource allocation, ensuring teams have the right skills and tools.
• Provide performance reports, including status updates, budget tracking, and risk
assessments.
• Monitor project delivery against business objectives and KPIs.
• Identify and address areas for improvement in execution and performance.
• Assess and manage risks and issues impacting project success.

● Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, MBA, Project Management, or related field. PMP, CSPO, or equivalent certification required.
● Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years managing medium to large-scale projects, with teams of 100+ members.
• At least 5 years in PMO management and strategic leadership, including planning and operations experience.
• 5+ years of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) with strong knowledge of banking and finance practices.
● Professional Certificates in Project Management.
