OBJECTIVES
Ensures credit risk quality and sustainable and balanced growth of the portfolio are in line with the objectives of the organization
COMMUNICATION
Internal: All BUs
Monitor, consult, ensure credit risk quality of portfolio
External : Consulting partners, investors, government organizations, audit, external data providers
To enhance credit risk management process of portfolio in order to meet company business objectives (credit loss and profitability)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and supervise portfolio quality and profitability of products for organic and inorganic offerings at VPB FC.
Manage on developing and supporting loss rate calculation methodology.
Monitor regularly product/ portfolio loss rate, identify loss rate correlation with product changes, onboarding process adjustments, credit risk policies and decision making process changes.
Monitor indicators and ratios specified the efficiency and effectiveness of each product group regularly to initiate and propose changes to product parameters/ onboarding process/ credit risk policies and decision making process to keep profitability in line with the planned values and optimize product mix to meet company business objectives as per period.
Track and analyze champion/ challengers and pilots performance, suggest actions based on performance quality either to stop or implement as BAU.
Propose to Risk Management and Settlement Committee portfolio segmentation into New, Mature and Stable, Performance Exception and Liquidating portfolios
Support related units to calculate product profitability for both new product approval process and significant product changes.
Other tasks assigned by Center Director, Risk Management Division Director.
