Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies in line with the company's objectives
Oversee and manage the entire procurement process, from conducting market research to contract negotiation and supplier evaluation
Identify, evaluate and engage with new and potential suppliers to drive innovation and value, ensuring their capability to meet quality, price, and delivery requirements
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing and contractual agreements
Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions, quality standards, and delivery schedules
Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, managing vendor performance and addressing any issues or disputes that may arise
Utilize data analysis to drive strategic purchasing decisions and quickly adapt to market trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and logistics, to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
Inspire, motivate, train, coach, and develop the procurement team to achieve outstanding performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University degree or above.
8+ years or above of working experience in supplier management or procurement management within the electronics manufacturing or PCBA industry
Preferred to the experience of high mix and low volume purchasing
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in office software tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP systems is highly desirable.
Extensive experience in problem analysis and resolution.
Proven ability to deliver results independently as well as collaboratively.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing both external and internal demands.
Adept at thriving in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, and global team environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle special assignments with professionalism and urgency.
Excellent attention to detail. Able to work well under pressure; strong sense of urgency.
Readily able to learn and adapt to new computer applications, system upgrades and other technology as necessary.
Must be open to feedback and can be flexible and adaptable
