Mô tả công việc

As the Head of Product Deployment, you will be responsible for building and leading the team to ensure success in product development, customer engagement, and business strategy optimization.
1. Strategy & Management
Develop and execute the product deployment strategy, covering market research, sales trials, and business expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, finance, marketing, sales) to define the product roadmap.
Lead, train, and develop the Product Deployment team.
2. Market Research & Product Positioning
Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer segmentation.
Gather customer feedback and propose product improvements to enhance competitiveness.
Work closely with Business Analysts (BA) to define product requirements.
3. Sales & Customer Consulting
Lead the Sales team in identifying potential customers, developing sales channels, and increasing revenue.
Build strong customer relationships and manage the customer journey (lead generation → negotiation → contract signing → after-sales support).
Develop sales strategies and optimize pricing models.
4. Product Development & Manufacturing Management
Coordinate with Product Production Managers to streamline production and ensure smooth operations.
Monitor product development progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards, cost efficiency, and market demands.
Work with technical teams to ensure scalability in production.
5. Data Analysis & Business Performance Optimization
Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance.
Work with Data Analysts to analyze customer behavior, forecast market trends, and enhance business strategies.
Implement initiatives to improve conversion rates and optimize costs.

Yêu cầu

- Must-have:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Robotics, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in product development, business management, or project management.
Proven experience in team leadership and personnel management.
Strong understanding of technology product development and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
Data analysis skills with the ability to make decisions based on real-world data.
Proficient in English, capable of working with international partners.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in robotics, AI, or technology hardware industries.
Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments.
Familiarity with B2B, B2C, or government sales processes.
