Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve targets.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate these markets.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet and exceed targets.
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
Oversee the development and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's market presence.

Job Requirements

Education, Qualifications and Experience

Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of success.
Experience in the manufacturing industry or with multinational companies.
Significant experience in the apparel, textile, or fashion sectors is a major advantage.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
