Develop and implement innovative sales tactics to achieve outstanding results and drive revenue growth.
Provide strong leadership by overseeing and guiding the sales team, ensuring proper reporting, work discipline, and maintaining high-quality performance.
Communicate clear and ambitious goals to the sales team, inspiring them to exceed expectations and achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with the Head Office on sales-related matters, addressing any assigned tasks and providing insightful recommendations.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential partners, fostering long-term partnerships and driving business expansion.

Display a strong and charismatic personality, with the capability to find compromise when necessary while advocating your well-justified opinions.
Showcase experience in developing procedures, setting up KPIs, and maintaining effective sales processes to drive team efficiency.
Embrace a positive attitude that fosters a collaborative and energetic work environment.
Possess exceptional multitasking skills, enabling you to handle diverse responsibilities and meetdeadlines with ease.
Show a high level of proactivity and initiative, taking ownership of challenges and proactively seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
