Experience
5+ years in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years selling SaaS or tech solutions to the Vietnamese market. Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a major plus.
Demonstrated ability to personally close deals with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of $5,000 - $50,000 without the crutch of a global brand.
Experience building sales pipeline from scratch - cold outbound, association networks, referral programs
Existing network in at least one priority industry: logistics, FDI manufacturing, FMCG, or commercial real estate in Vietnam is a significant advantage
Experience in navigating 'New Category' sales where you must educate the market and create a budget for a product they didn't know they needed.
Skills & Knowledge
Consultative selling methodology - discover pain first, demo second; not feature-dump selling
Pipeline management and forecasting using structured CRM discipline (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or equivalent)
Ability to engage at both business and legal levels - no legal background required, but must understand compliance and contract risk value propositions
English proficiency sufficient for product documentation and demos with FDI enterprise clients
