Department: Valuation
Reports functionally to: Director-Savills Hanoi & Deputy Managing Director
JOB SCOPE - To manage the general valuation portfolio and ensure all valuation duties assigned are professionally carried out; establish policies governing all valuation activities to ensure achievement of profit and growth targets. Managing the valuation team in Hanoi to implement best practice and to ensure high quality valuations and/or FS reports are achieved. To make recommendations and improvements and maintain all data including valuation, workflow, and performance.
*SPECIFIC DUTIES:
• Manage and monitor the Valuations team in Hanoi.
• Maintain the client network and seeking new clients for company in general and for Department in particular.
• Analyze legal issues pertaining to the property market and Savills report.
• Providing an efficient and cost effective valuation service to meet the requirements of the company growth strategy.
• Liaise with clients to reply to all queries relating to the properties valued or obtain all necessary documentation to undertake valuations
• Produce presentations and prepare office newsletters and press releases when required
• Supporting the company's marketing effort and enhancing its reputation in the industry by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key customers and intermediaries.
• Managing the development of employees within the valuations team through effective training and strategic human resources programs.
• Implementing expense forecasts and monitoring budget performance for the valuation department.
• Developing and implementing the corporate philosophy and managing cultural change as part of the executive team.
• Providing leadership and direction to valuations team ensuring the provision of a quality professional service and meeting the objectives of the company quality standard.
• Contribute to the management and administration of the Division through the collective development of information and valuation services policies, programs and procedures.
• Provide independent professional advice to the company's clients on real estate matters including asset management, sales, leasing and marketing.
• Provide statistical advice on the real estate marketing in Vietnam and regional area
• Oversee the administration of the tender process and the management of valuation contracts with potential clients
• Manage the human, physical, financial and information resources of the valuation team to ensure the provision of a quality professional service.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Economic/ Finance/ Banking/ Accounting/ Real Estate
• Minimum 3 years working experience in real estate field or big4/ advisory consultancy firms
• Strong sales skills, confidence in
business development, and the ability to network effectively
• Expertise in Financial Modeling, Feasibility Study, Valuation
• Proficient in English
