Demonstrates co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments.
Participate as a team player and establishes strong working relationships to deliver positive results.
Continually seeks to improve performance through individual efforts and with the assistance of others.

Prepare / set up reception area ( switch on computer, micros, EDC machine )
Great and welcome the guest.
Ensure each guest completes and signs a waiver and health liability form and any health issues are relate or device to therapist.
Answer all calls within 3 rings using the guest surname at appropriate time throughout conversation.
Explain the treatment details and products to the guests.
Enter guest reservation for massage into computer systematically and confirm guest reservation.
Check and report daily operating product or oil stock to supervisor for ordering.
Promote retail sales to guest when massage or treatment finished.
Conduct Spa orientation for guest
Ensure Spa operations are running smoothly (set up as per standard)
Control retail stocks, replenish when needed and rearrange as per set up standards.
Produce guest bill and obtains guest signature.
Make a daily cashier report at closing time.
Capable of handling other duties as assigned by supervisors/Manager.
Maintain the highest levels of personal and guest hygiene at all times.
Maintain the highest standard of personal grooming as instructed by company.
Maintain the highest level of cleanliness within the reception areas.
Builds and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
Understand and anticipates customer's needs, takes action to address customer needs and strives to exceed customer expectation.
Inform guest of the benefits of the different kinds of treatment and products
Knows how to handle guest complaints and reports to the supervisor.
Maintains a soft tone during conversation with colleagues, guests and on the phone.
Refrain from any unnecessary conversation whilst within Spa treatments areas.
Understands and takes into account the global nature of business.
Works effectively with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries
Understand how to make reservation
Understand how to check in, walk in, cancellation and no show in computer system.
Know how to set up schedule for therapist in the computer.
Understand how to operate the CD player and Air conditioning-Receptions.
Knowledgeable of in putting reservation in to the system/ computer- receptionist.
