- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans, training materials, and online resources;

- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids;

- Deliver training programs that align with the company`s objectives, including sessions in-person or virtually, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience;

- Stay abreast of trends and good practices in training, e-learning, personal and professional development;

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and participant feedback;

- Monitor and track training metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives;

- Partner with external vendors and subject matter experts to deliver specialized training programs;

- Improve training programs continuously based on feedback and evaluation results to identify and deliver innovative training services;

- Build up and control training budget on prioritizing courses to provide the best value for money, and keep track of training expenses;

- Execute other reasonable tasks requested by your line manager or the Executive Director;

- Bachelor`s degree in business administration, human resources or a related field;

- Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role;

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;

- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software;

- Strong organizational and project management skills;

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to cultural and organizational differences;
