What You'll Do
As a Business Consultant, you'll work directly with Founders, CEOs, and
business leaders to understand how their companies operate and recommend solutions that create measurable business impact.
You'll own the sales journey from discovery to closing while acting as a trusted advisor-not just a salesperson.
Your Responsibilities Include
Build relationships with Founders, CEOs, and business leaders.
Diagnose operational challenges across HR, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on each customer's workflow.
Design solution proposals that address real business needs.
Lead commercial discussions and close new business opportunities.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding.
Identify expansion opportunities through upsell and cross-sell.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
What We're Looking For
We're hiring across multiple experience levels.
Junior (1 year)
Around 1 year of experience in Sales,
Business Development, Customer Success, or related roles.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn consultative selling.
Growth mindset and resilience.
Middle (2+ years)
2+ years of B2B sales or consulting experience.
Experience working with decision-makers.
Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
Senior (3-5+ years)
3-5+ years of proven B2B sales success.
Experience managing complex sales cycles.
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and consistently achieve targets.
You'll Stand Out If You Have
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
Confidence communicating with C-level executives.
Interest in digital transformation and AI-powered business solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or related fields.
