Position Purpose
As the Cluster
Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive growth revenue through positioning the hotels within key online channels to brand standards. Collaborating with commercial teams on and above property, you will drive excellence in digital content to grow Retail business performance. Working with the Cluster Commercial Director, MECC, the Elevate and your CRM you will devise plans for digital spend that prioritize ROAS with support from the Cluster Commercial Director.
In this role, you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies, manage online advertising campaigns, social media presence, and website content to maximize visibility and engagement. Analysing market trends and customer data, you will refine marketing tactics to improve ROI and maintain a competitive edge. Your leadership and innovative approach will be crucial in achieving the cluster's marketing and revenue targets while fostering a collaborative environment among team members.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
Collaboration and Support:
• Maintain a close working relationship with the APAC & SEA marketing and distribution team to achieve Retail revenue budgets.
• Support property operational teams drive F&B revenues through use of brand standard F&B collateral.
Marketing Execution:
• Execute online marketing initiatives set by the Cluster Commercial Director
• Work with APAC and SEA marketing teams to grow property awareness within the domestic market using social media campaigns.
• Be the ambassador of all digital content being on-brand.
• Create cross-promotional opportunities with third-party sites or sister properties to maximize exposure.
Website and Content Management:
• Oversee and maintain the brand websites and special offer pages for all properties, ensuring content aligns with marketing initiatives.
• Manage online content across [protected info] and OTAs ensuring the highest content scores and striving to have the best quality content versus the competition to maximize Retail conversion.
• Efficiently utilize Hilton online tools and marketing resources
Performance Review and Improvement:
• Review and improve Retail conversion through consistent enhancement of digital channels and through effective use of Hilton tools and brand initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to refine marketing tactics and improve ROAS.
Strong digital marketing experience, particularly in developing rich digital content to support conversion. Basic SEO knowledge of Google and Baidu SEO rules, regulations, and white hat methods to support the MECC team
Skills in HTML and CSS are advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
Strong understanding of local customers
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese. Additional languages are advantageous.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications.
